Buenos Aires is a huge city, with so much to see, do and eat! Besides doing one of our food tours to get oriented about the cuisine and dining customs of Argentina, another activity that I think every visitor to Buenos Aires must do, is a city tour. There are countless options for doing a city tour with huge variations in quality. One of my very favorites is a bike tour with Biking Buenos Aires. A few weeks ago I was able to participate in one of their tours and had an amazing time! I’d always been a bit intimidated by biking in BA since traffic is usually a bit hectic, but I walked away realizing what a great biking city it is and promptly bought my own bike to commute with.
Biking Buenos Aires has several tour routes around the city, with their most popular being the “Heart of the City,” “Parks and Plazas,” and the “Ultimate” tour. They have taken great care to design all of the routes to maximize both the riders’ safely as well as to include as much sightseeing and history as possible. The bike tour was unlike any other city tour I’d done since you were able to see the city at street level to really interact with locals, get into smaller places that buses or cars would not be able to, get a little exercise, and best of all, see a lot of the city in a short amount of time.
What really sets Biking BA apart from other tours are their guides. They are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable and buena onda (good vibes)! We highly recommend that besides letting us introduce you to the Buenos Aires food scene, you make sure to book a bike tour with Biking Buenos Aires!
Biking Buenos Aires has small group bike tours 7 days a week. To book visit bikingbuenosaires.com or call them locally at 11-4040-8989.
