Terms and Conditions

• All tours must be paid before the tour begins.  Payments will be collected in cash or through our secure online booking system.
• Cancellations must be done a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the tour receive a full refund.
• If the reservation is cancelled with less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour, we will keep half the total tour fee.
• If the cancellation is done with less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour, no refunds are offered.
• Parrilla Tour Buenos Aires will make every reasonable effort to reschedule tours in order to avoid cancellations but cannot guarantee availability.
• Parrilla Tour Buenos Aires does everything possible to avoid putting its clients in potentially dangerous situations. However, in the case of injury, theft or any other unfortunate occurrences, Parrilla Tour Buenos Aires will not be held accountable.
